Reversion list

I've run through every page on the site and reverted those where I could (around 25 pages) using the UI. For those pages that I was unable to revert I have listed them in a Google Sheet here:

- Required reversion beyond limit, means the reversion back to something approaching normality for the page is beyond the revision history of the UI
- Not reverting as desired, means it seems that there's an issue with the page restoring the revision
- Reversion button not working, means the reversion button is not working (tested by x3 team members)
